Tai Chi for Health and Fitness

Presented by Kathy Waszmer, Certified Tai Chi Instructor from the Arthritis Foundation, Long Island Chapter. Thursdays, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., beginning September 3, 10, 17, 24 & October 1, 8, 15, 22. Back by popular demand, Kathy Waszmer returns for another eight-session course to show you how to tone and stretch your muscles without putting stress on your knees,
feet, thighs, or back. Those who cannot stand for any length of time may participate while sitting on a chair. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Registration is limited to 25 participants.
