Great Books: Fifth Reading Series with Dave Opatow

On Tuesday, August 11 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. The next reading will be Poetry by Derek Walcott. In 1992, Mr. Walcott became the first West Indian writer to receive the Nobel Prize for Literature. The selections chosen for discussion are “The Schooner’s Flight” and “A Far Cry from Africa.”
