Senior Property Tax Reduction for the Village of Freeport and Nassau County

On Monday, August 30 and September 13, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., by appointment only, Mr. Mazza, a VITA volunteer, will be at the Library to help seniors, veterans, and those who are disabled complete initial application and annual renewal forms for property tax reductions. Applicants must have annual incomes less than $40,000. Those renewing their request must bring their renewal forms. Those who are filing for the first time may pick up an application at the Library.
